Before the Internet Customer service was an enjoyable service. If you had an issue you called the number on the box and talked to someone that was capable, informed and spoke the same language you did.
Nowadays you have to press a million numbers and go through the matrix of automation in order to finally get to the a human being. Once you get there they are usually hard to understand and the language barrier makes it difficult to reach a happy conclusion.
The good ole days are gone and they ain’t never coming back. Kids these days they will never know the struggle before the internet.
