This week Carlo heads out for his Monday Morning Pump and catches up James Norris from Handi Capable Fitness. James got Cerebral Palsy at the age of 2 but it has never slowed him down as he was raised to never use it as an excuse. Although at times it was easy for him to slip and give up he has never let it slow him down as he hit the weights and whipped himself into shape.
