We should feel good about the purchase by the way we are treated either at the purchase time or down the line if there is a problem with your purchase. Yet it seems this is never the case. In the 1950-60s customer service was top notch always went above and beyond expectations. Nowadays you are looked down upon if you ask a simple question that could make your experience a more enjoyable one.
